Frequently Asked Questions
-
What are your business hours?
We operate within normal weekly business hours- 9:00 am to 5:00 PM- Monday through Friday.
-
Do you communicate directly with my clients?
Yes — via email only.
Many agents prefer that I assist with scheduling, reminders, and updates to streamline the process. You will always be copied on communication, and you remain the primary relationship holder.
-
Can you take over a file that is already under contract?
Absolutely. Whether it’s day one or mid-transaction, I can step in and stabilize the process quickly.
-
How do you keep me updated?
You receive weekly file updates outlining the status of every transaction, along with deadline tracking and proactive reminders. You’re never left guessing.
-
What happens if a transaction terminates?
There is no fee if a file does not close.
I am only paid after closing.
-
Why use a transaction coordinator?
Because your highest-value activities are prospecting, negotiating, and serving clients — not chasing signatures and monitoring timelines.
On average, a single transaction can require 15–20 hours of administrative management. My role is to give that time back to you.
-
What is still my responsibility as the agent?
You remain responsible for negotiations, inspections, client advisement, and broker-required disclosures.
If documents need specific language, you provide the wording — I handle the drafting and execution.
