I’m Kelly, an experienced Transaction Coordinator with a strong background in real estate operations and administrative support.


My career began as an office manager for a property management company, where I supported agents and handled the details that keep transactions running smoothly.

I later worked as a 911 dispatcher — a role that sharpened my ability to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple moving parts, and communicate clearly in time-sensitive situations. Those skills now play a huge role in how I manage real estate transactions.


Today, I specialize in contract-to-close coordination for real estate agents who want organized files, consistent communication, and fewer headaches. I handle the paperwork, deadlines, follow-ups, and compliance details behind the scenes, allowing agents to stay in control of their clients while gaining back valuable time.


My goal is simple: to make every transaction smooth, professional, and predictable — for you and your clients.


When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my three kids and our dogs, Hank and Lola, and enjoying life outside of real estate.
